We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users to explore RapidSnap's features. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify Admin.

Refunds: As our service is a digital subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused periods. However, if you have been billed in error or have a specific issue, please contact us at hello@rapidsnap.co.uk within 30 days of the charge, and we will review your request.
